“Aleppo” CCO Launched Western Armenian Language Classes for Children

On February 7th, 2016 “Aleppo” Compatriotic Charitable organization along with “Dzil” Art Center launched Western Armenian language Sunday classes intended for children aged from 6 to14. The kick off coincided with the celebration of Bun Barekendan. On this occasion, the participating children learned the traditions and significance of this holiday through games and songs.

Realizing the importance of preserving the Western Armenian dialect and its use, the “Aleppo” Organization and “DZIL” Art center with the introduction of this program enabled children to learn Western Armenian oral and written skills through song, dance, games and play.

The classes will take place every Sunday 11:00-14:00 at the new location of the “Aleppo” organization, 8A Vartanants Blind Alley.

For class registration please call 093 45-25-36.
