On June 20, 2016, Aleppo Compatriotic Charitable organization launched its educational and cultural summer school for Syrian children and youth. Over 50 Syrian children and their parents were present at the opening ceremony that took place at Aleppo CCO’s center in Yerevan.

The executive body of the Aleppo CCO as well as the summer school teachers have introduced their program to the guests. The school, free of charge for participants, will include a series interesting classes and meetings on painting, theater, applied arts, dancing, singing, spiritual and physical development, preservation of the environment. Moreover, the participants will get to know more about their fatherland.

By taking the initiative to organize the leisure time for Syrian children and youth who now reside in Armenia, Aleppo CCO aims at creating favorable conditions to develop children’s interests and promote healthy lifestyle, as well as spiritual, cultural and patriotic education among them.
