On February 28, 2017, traditional Armenian carpet weaving classes were launched with the initiative of the Aleppo Compatriotic Charitable NGO.

Consisting of theoretical and practical parts, the classes introduce the unique features of the traditional Armenian carpet weaving art to the participants, as well as develop and improve their independent creative skills.

The carpet weaving classes also provide an opportunity to rest from the everyday life and promote entrepreneurship among participants.
