A socio-psychological assistance meeting took place today, February 2, 2018, at the office of Aleppo Compatriotic Charitable Organization-NGO (Aleppo-NGO).
Today’s guest speaker doctor Houry Kahkejian, who spoke about healthcare-related issues, such as heart problems and high blood pressure. The participants of the meeting learned a lot about coping with hereditary heart and blood pressure problems and how to prevent them.
The free, socio-psychological assistance meetings at Aleppo-NGO provide support to Syrians who went through the war and find themselves experiencing psychological side effects, helping them to recover and become actively involved in the civil life of Armenia.
The meetings take place every Friday at the Aleppo-NGO office. The address is 11 Northern Avenue, -1 floor.
